The most memorable Easter celebration was in 2006 and 2007! We had so much fun during that time.

In 2006, the theme for Easter celebration was “Easter Carnival”. There were multiple small stalls selling different kinds of stuffies and different services were also provided with cheap price.
What kinds of stuff did we sell?

Bookmarks, key chains, hand-made souvenir, hand-made jewelry, foods such as hotdogs, baked chicken wings, cakes, icecreams, drinks, salads, and so forth.

I was in charge of making and printing the book marks. That time, the day before the event, all of us were so hardworking to get all the book marks printed. Our job finally finished at 5 am in the morning! Never had I stay up so late in the morning! And woke up at around 8 am to get to the place to setup up our own stalls. Well, our bookmarks sales wasn’t bad. At least all the bookmarks were sold completely!
Yeah!

Services which were provided were writing Chinese calligraphy, tars decorating service, hair styling service and so on!

In 2007, we had “Easter coffee shop” as our Easter theme. A lot of different cakes and pies were provided. Among them are oats cookies, cheese cakes, carrot cakes, chocolate cakes, fruit cakes, lemon cheese cakes, chicken pies, pineapple pies, and so forth. Coffees and teas were also available.

Well, I wasn’t good at baking stuff so I just lend my hands to the main chef or baker who was in charged of baking oats cookies. The oats cookies was very big. Around 5 cm in diameter.

Besides I also took part in selling out the note cards. All this note cards were sold totally sold out! Note cards were nice, thanks to Vista print.
